Conflict Resolution win-win

Choose a dispute or conflict that has affected you deeply.  It can be a personal one --a fight at work or in the family--or a more public one that you care about deeply-- abortion, gay rights, whatever.  In In 2-3 pages, create a win-win agreement by clearly identifying the situation, and writing a win-win for both parties.

The description of the conflict should be 100 words or more.  Imagine that you have gone through the steps of mediation and working toward resolution.  Follow the guidelines and review the example of a win-win agreement.  List specifically what each party agrees to.  

There should always be a Title Page in APA format.
