There are 11 points of friction between the 4 generations:  

1.  Respect - Who gets my respect, and how do I earn others' respect?

2. Decision making - How should decisions be made?

3.  Work Ethic - Does it matter how many hours I work, or just that I get the job done?

4.  Fun at work- Is it appropriate to have fun at work?

5.  Communication - How should we communicate at work?

6.  Meetings - What is the purpose of meetings, and what is my role in those meetings?

7.  Policies - What are the purposes of policy?

8.  Dress Code - What is acceptable attire in the workplace?

9.  Loyalty - How loyal should I be to my organization?

10.  Training - How important is training to me?

11.  Feedback - What is my opinion on giving and receiving feedback?

Discuss how you imagine each generation would react to the points of friction in 2-3 pages in APA format.   Include your personal preference/opinion on each point.
