Birth place, school (college or earlier), where they lived as an adult, where did they work/teach

 

What

What was their major contribution to the special needs community, what was their major in college, degrees, what awards have they attained (if any), have they written any books or papers on special needs children?

 

When

When did they live in history that was significant, (civil war, www 1 or 2 , depression etc.)

 

Why

Was their life/contribution so important to the special needs world in your opinion? What was the reasoning behind their contribution?
